LandGlass Double Heating Chamber Low-E Offline 4-19mm Flat Glass Tempering Furnace

Combined glass tempering furnace has two heating sections, in which JetConvection Plus heating and AIrStream heating technology are applied for optimum  heating effect according to different features of glass sheets;
Different working modes can be set for quality oriented , productivity oriented or size oriented.
Better quality if first heating section works as preheating furnace, which will largely reduce quality defects such as: optical distortion, spherical bent, hot spots, white haze, etc.
Higher productivity if both heating sections work as heating furnace, which will largely increase throughput. Two heating sections work as one big heating section, which makes
extra big glass sheet tempering possible.

JetConvection Plus^TM Convection heating plays an important role during glass heating. Air is heated in the JetConvection chamber inside the heating furnace and is blown onto the glass surfaces. Air is then recirculated and recirculated by the convection blowers into the JetConvection chamber. LandGlass JetConvection technology enhances the quality of the final product and increases productivity by ensuring an even heating, while minimizing production costs.

1. LD-AT3 JetConvection Plus^TM Combined Flat Glass Tempering Furnace has two heating sections with JetConvection Plus^TM heating technology applied on the top; it can temper glass with the best quality.

2. Different working modes can be set in order to focus on quality, productivity or loading size.
If the first heating section works as preheating furnace, it will reduce quality defects such as optical distortion, spherical bending, hot spots, white haze, etc.
If both heating sections work as independent heating furnaces, it will largely increase throughput.
If two heating sections work as one big heating section, it will be able to process extra large glasses.

3.Glass tempered by this tempering furnace is suitable for the architectural, furniture, household appliances, automotive and solar industry markets. The glass that can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra ultra clear glass, screen printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

Loading table
Glass after pretreatment is placed in turn onto the loading table according to process requirements.Press buttons at the loading table to transfer the glass to the heating
furnace batch-by-batch.
JetConvection heating furnace
The internationally leading JetConvection heating technology is adopted to heat the glass to the tempering temperature in a rapid and uniform manner, which is particularly
suitable for Low-E glass and high-quality glass processing.
Tempering section
After leaving the heating furnace, glass is transferred to the tempering section, where the hot glass is tempered and cooled gradually under fast cooling action of the set air
pressure and air volume.
Operation Station
The human-machine interface(HMI)is the information exchange interface between the operator and the glass tempering furnace.With HMI, operators can not only call and
modify the process parameters, but also observe the running status, data, fault alarm and other information of the equipment.
Blowing system
Blowers are connected to the tempering furnace through blowing systems, which provide air volume and air pressure for the equipment to achieve glass tempering and
cooling.
Electrical control system
The electrical control system controls and coordinates the movement of each functional section of the equipment and the heating process of glass within the heating furnace.
Unloading table
The cooled glass is transferred to the unloading table.Press buttons at the unloading table to transfer the glass to the end of the unloading table batch-by-batch.Thus, the
tempering process of glass is completed and the glass will go to other processing procedures or be packed for warehousing after inspection.
