1. Full convection is a completely different approach to the traditional combination of radiation heating and convection pipes. The use of full convection solves a series of heating challenges that are due to the different emissivities at the top and bottom surfaces of coated glass.
2. Our convection technology has been developed to allow for more heating zones along the width of the furnace. Each of these heating zones can be controlled separately, allowing the generation of heating profiles along the width and the length of the furnace.
3. The length of the furnace will determine the number of convectors that will be installed, each of which will be independently controlled to allow for different convection settings. Convection blowers are installed at the top of the convection box to balance the air pressure inside the furnace. The air flow distributing mechanism together with the specially designed nozzles, ensure a uniform distribution of the convective airflow.
4. The built-in optimization algorithm and the computer fuzzy temperature control modules of the PID database, together with the frequency control of the blowers, assure that both heating and frequency profiles can be customized and optimized.
5. Lower bottom heating temperature can be achieved by adjusting the convection parameters, so that the heating defects such as white haze, hot spots, etc., can be eliminated. In the meantime, heating time is reduced and efficiency is optimized.
Loading table
Glass after pretreatment is placed in turn onto the loading table according to process requirements.Press buttons at the loading table to transfer the glass to the heating furnace batch-by-batch.
JetConvection heating furnace
The internationally leading JetConvection heating technology is adopted to heat the glass to the tempering temperature in a rapid and uniform manner, which is particularly suitable for Low-E glass and high-quality glass processing.
Tempering section
After leaving the heating furnace, glass is transferred to the tempering section, where the hot glass is tempered and cooled gradually under fast cooling action of the set air pressure and air volume.
Operation Station
The human-machine interface(HMI)is the information exchange interface between the operator and the glass tempering furnace.With HMI, operators can not only call and modify the process parameters, but also observe the running status, data, fault alarm and other information of the equipment.
Blowing system
Blowers are connected to the tempering furnace through blowing systems, which provide air volume and air pressure for the equipment to achieve glass tempering and cooling.
Electrical control system
The electrical control system controls and coordinates the movement of each functional section of the equipment and the heating process of glass within the heating furnace.
Unloading table
The cooled glass is transferred to the unloading table.Press buttons at the unloading table to transfer the glass to the end of the unloading table batch-by-batch.Thus, the tempering process of glass is completed and the glass will go to other processing procedures or be packed for warehousing after inspection.
