Intelligent isoControl Technology
The structure of the splitter plate is optimized through simulation and testing. By adding splitter plate in the convector of the heating oven, the convection evenness is improved.
The upgraded built-in heat control system upgrades the original 5-stage heating to the all-new N-stage heating with a smooth heating curve. The flexible heating system varies for different types of tempering furnaces.
Straight Edge Technology
EasyLink Technology
Dramatically reduces the edge kink defects occurred in the heating chamber through the use of this unique heating technology. It can significantly improve the flatness of the tempered glass.
